Self-guided demo
Watch how easy it is to connect, back up, and restore your QuickBooks Online files.
Setup in minutes
No configuration headaches. No IT team required. Rewind connects directly to QuickBooks Online and starts protecting your data automatically.
Click “Connect” in Rewind, authorize your QuickBooks Online account, and you’re done. It takes less than three minutes — no technical setup required.
Every day, Rewind captures a complete snapshot of your QuickBooks data: transactions, contacts, settings, audit logs, and more. Nothing for you to do.
If something goes wrong — a bad import, a bulk edit mistake, a vendor entry gone wrong — pick a point in time and restore just what you need. One click. Done.
Data coverage
QuickBooks Online backs up its own servers — but not your account-level data. That’s Rewind’s job.
Intuit protects its servers from platform failure. But data lost due to user error, a bad import, a third-party integration, or accidental deletion? That's your responsibility — and that's exactly what Rewind covers.
Intuit’s terms of service confirm they do not accept liability for data lost due to user action or third-party integrations. Rewind closes this gap.
Common questions
Based on real support data from thousands of accounting professionals using Rewind for QuickBooks Online.
Yes — this is one of the most common requests we get. From your Rewind dashboard, you can export a full copy of your backup at any point in time. The export includes your transactions, contacts, chart of accounts, and more, in a structured format you can store offline.
Rewind supports two restore types. Item-level restore lets you recover a single transaction, customer, or record without touching anything else. Point-in-time restore rolls your entire QBO file back to a specific date and time. Both options are non-destructive — you can preview what will be restored before you commit.
